Our approach:
The Net-Trainers course (160 hours online and distance learning, approx. 6 - 10 hours of study per week) gives the training participants the experience of learning using the Internet. Its approach is to explore the pedagogical design and delivery of online courses by:
- contents that thoroughly explore the potential and challenges of online learning
- experiential learning by being an online learner
- observing the tutoring methods of experienced and expert tutors
In this way trainers will understand the needs of learners when developing and delivering online training.
